We offer flat-rate shipping across Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka, the shipping fee is ৳70. For orders outside Dhaka, the fee is ৳130. Orders above ৳2,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

Inside Dhaka, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. For addresses outside Dhaka, please allow 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via SMS once your order has been dispatched from our studio.

Because our products are made in small batches with natural preservation systems, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To ensure maximum potency, please use them within 6–9 months of opening.

Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours for an exchange or refund.
