Shipping Policy
At Primavera, we take great care in getting our botanical formulations from our studio to your doorstep. Every order is packed with intentionality to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Shipping Overview
We currently ship exclusively within Bangladesh. Our small-batch formulations are prepared and dispatched from our studio in Dhaka. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping to simplify your shopping experience:
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70 flat rate.
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130 flat rate.
- Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of ৳2,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping across Bangladesh.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partners, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Dhaka City: 1–3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.
Please note that during holidays or peak seasonal periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work with our partners to get your botanical rituals to you.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on our delivery partner's website to monitor your package's journey.
