The Sourcing Story
Each Autumn, our saffron is harvested by hand at dawn, when the crocus flowers are just beginning to open. It takes over 150,000 flowers to produce just one kilogram of dried saffron threads. We source exclusively from organic family farms that have practiced sustainable cultivation for generations.
